Terms of Service

By using the LeetChess extension or purchasing a Pro license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension immediately.

01. Access Tokens & Licenses

LeetChess Pro is accessed via a unique Access Token provided upon successful payment. This token acts as your digital key. We do not maintain user accounts or profiles.

• Token Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your Access Token. If lost, we cannot guarantee recovery.
• Fair Use: Each token is intended for personal use. Excessive simultaneous activations may result in temporary token suspension.

02. Subscriptions & Stripe Billing

Billing is handled exclusively through Stripe. Your subscription grants you an active Access Token for the duration of your billing cycle.

• Cancellations: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your initial confirmation email.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Refund requests made after 7 days are granted at our sole discretion.

03. Prohibited Use & Fair Play

LeetChess is a training and analysis tool. We strictly prohibit the use of our software to cheat in live, rated competitive play on third-party platforms (such as Lichess or Chess.com).

You agree to abide by the Fair Play policies of any platform you visit. LeetChess is not liable for any account restrictions or bans issued by third-party chess sites resulting from your use of the extension.

04. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeetChess is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and accuracy in our pattern calculations, we do not guarantee that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeetChess and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or the loss of your Access Token.

06. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flagler County, Florida.
